Hi! Welcome to my shoppe of Penguin Pop Art!
If you need some PPA to spruce up your profile, then this is the place to be! As you can see on my siggy, I have changed colours on my penguin and put my name in different colours at the top! I can also do effects. For example, if I was given a pic of a penguin and the owner of it wanted it to look like it would be painted, I would be able to do that! So if you want your penguin blurred, painted, pixelated (for if you're a penguin on the run!) graphic pen-ated (lol) or anything else come here! I can do extra pictures too!
