CPF Down/Server Issues

I'm sure many of you have noticed that CPF has been down the last couple of days. The company we rent the server from was having some serious issues. They took a long time getting us back up and in the mean time, lost a few days worth of our postings. Anything posted after 11/22/07 3:40 PM CST is gone. Our own backup didn't have anything more recent, so we're just out of luck. We have installed a better backup so we won't loose posts again. We're very sorry for the inconvenience, but not a whole lot we can do to fix what happened.

I was wondering why my event guide and the surprise party dissappeared. I could not get on twice recently. The party is over so no use posting another guide to the hidden items. Now to remember what if anything I recently posted, sigh. Old age.

Before this thing happened to the server, I was 3rd on the arcade list. I spent like 2 hours playing the games just to get 2 high scores, and now it all got deleted. Do I really have to go back and spend 2 hours playing for only 2 high scores? I really want the different colored name but, I don't want to lose my chance everytime something like this happens. :(

The game I got a high score for was, Simon.

Simon is where you have to memorize the pattern and then play that pattern. This game is not as easy as it sounds. Each time it adds a new sequence onto the pattern and as it shows you it gets faster and faster as you go up in levels. The highscore I got was 28 and it is not easy to even get to 20! It took me an hour through an hour and a half just to get a higher score. I had to play this game around 30 times to finally get a higher score!

:peng2: Help?There is no way to retrieve your lost scores. So you would have to play the arcade again to get your high scores. We've put in place a daily backup so we'll never loose that much stuff again.

Great, going to go get color blind again... :p

Edit: I did it! I won it! The first time I tried today, I got 24, one under the high score! The next time I tried, I got 26 or 27 (forgot) one over the score! :D
