Reputation. If someone likes one of your posts they can give you points. Mods can subtract points for bad posts too.

To do, simply click the grayish scale, and leave a comment if you want. You can only add rep now. Only Moderators can subtract. People do seem to like me (16 rep ups) From my User CP, it seems Baleth added a bonus 200. (having discovered rep)

You see the report a post button on the right of the place where it says "Post made today 2:50 PM." There should be a scale there to add rep.

I could never see the scale for the first time rep came out, the first time it came out and I was a TTC member, and it was strange being the only person not able to give rep. Anyway, TTC abused rep so they took it away, you abuse it here, they will take it away. Think of it as something cool, not something that you want to lose.

I was wondering how do you go from waddler to .. to has a penguiny aura about. For each one how many rep is needed to advance and go to the next level?

This is called "reputation." Read Coldude's guide of Reputation in "Site Feedback" place. It's really credit for information or help. Your reputation becomes a lot of dots because you are getting lots of credit from people. You get to see how much credit you get from a certain person in your User CP.

I have like four reps. up i think most of them r for changes of clubpenguin
Oh yea, BTW what does it mean if you have a black puffle under it instead of Purple or green? (i don't have one but I've seen people with them)
