To go along with the new wigs you can get the hairbrush pin which is in the Pet Shop.
It is located on the right side on top of a bag and right above the boxes of puffle food. Lower right area.
Highlight if you need to know the specific location or go to a busier part of Club Penguin where there are helpful penguins.
