Go to the Snow Fort.
There is a snow fort in the lower part of the screen that has a red flag.
Put the cursor on the flag pole and just to the right of that pole is the pin.
This is harder to get because people stand behind the pin and I was clicking all sorts of people but no pin, lol.
It is a red paddleball pin.
