I meet the requirments too. Only thing is I might be on Australian servers more often then American servers now. I'll be an officer anyway. (and shouldn't the color be red, associated with Rockhopper, who in fact is Gary's identical, and with agents)

Nope. Just Tour Guide hat, and black penguin. You have to say why you don't have it all, though.

Watch out for any hospitals in Club Penguin! The owner of the igloo should be reported. Sometimes penguins do inappropriate stuff in the hospitals. Not ok! Well, at least I don't think so.
