when your on a post do this:
when you click the NEW POST button or the QUOTE button:
go to the top of the gray post box:
look for the little pic of the sun and Mountain:
click on it:
copy and paste the url of the pic into the bar that comes up:
click ok:
there it is!

take this image and right click on it:
go down to properties:
click:
hilight, right click, and copy the url/adress:
and do as i said above:
there it is!
