Hello, can someone please make me a sig?

Text: Bold Yellow please
Bg color: black please
Can it say "PolrbrGirls userpage" in one shot
Then can it say "Go there Today!"
Also if it can, can it have a small yellow heart in the bottom
right corner?

Anyways, this is my first sig and I can't figure out how to put it on my signature :/

I can surely help u.

Sig Tutoral:
Step one: Right click the sig I made u and save it to your computer =D
Step two: Go to user cp, click edit signature.
Step three: Scroll down and browse through your files and find what u named
the sig.
Fourth and final step!: Click where u want it so it makes a flashing line in the
text part thing. It should say . Save your signature and presto! Your signature is complete.
