I just made this avatar and signature right now :p Tell what you think and any suggestions, Also - I took off the Secret Agent Phone because its hard to color in :D

I use Windows XP and the only art thing on my laptop is paint

To take the black background away, click "View" then click "Invert colors"

When i click on View it only has "Tool Box" "Color Box" "Status Bar" "Text Toolbar" "Zoom" and "View Bitmap"
