Making avatars and siguies, say me how u want it and i work ( plz post image), for now.. No Animations

Can you make an Avatar of a Black Penguin with a Blue Penguin. And a Signature that is the exact same thing, just signature size, and has Ataarii in Yellow Below The Penguin.
