The layout PICTURE is okay, but the layout coding is bad. The scroll box isn't where it should be.
AND, you didn't make the layout picture, which bugs me. I made mine.

Thanks for the criticism. What do you mean the scroll box isn't where it is? Can you explain more?

At least for me, the scroll box is in the middle of the layout picture, and not in the box that was designed for it.
