When your cursor hovered over that spot the popup for the wig would open, whereas it normally just opened when your cursor hovered over the buy tag.

its not a glitch its a hidden item they hide certain items from the last catalog but a item that is always in the viking helmet there is hidden items all over the catalog

No, it wasn't a hidden item. You see the wig that has the red circle on its buy tag? Its name popup came up when you hovered over that square. If it was a hidden item, I would have known because normally hidden items are uhm....hidden?

When you hovered your cursor above that specific spot you saw a box like this:

You get it NOW? The wig that has a red circle around its buy tag? The pop up for it, the box that appears when you hover over the buy tag:

That box, for that wig that you see in that plainly, is-not-hidden-at-all way on the page of the Penguin Style, showed up when you hovered your cursor over that exact small spot indicated in the yellow box, you didn't click anything, you just hovered over it:
