Suggestion: Online Play

I was thinking, could we have an online play forum, where users post if they're online or not, or set appointments, and maybe a tag on the user profile stating if you're online on CP or not, and on which server?

If you are referring to the site showing if you are on CP, there is no way for that information to be 100% accurate. There is a note in your userprofile that you can list what server you typically hange out on.

If you are referring to the site showing if you are on CPF, you can view the online users on the left on the home page and at the bottom of the forum list.
