Quick Reply/Quote Problem

Whenever I click the "Quick Reply" button, it think I'm trying to quote the person that I pressed Quick Reply on. I don't know if this is happening to anyone else, but do the mods know anything about it?

When you click on quick reply, it opens the box at the bottom of the page to be used as a quick reply to the thread. Just below where you type, there is a check box that says "Quote message in reply?" Make sure that is checked or not check as to whether you wish to quote that person's post or not.
