Many of you that were in my Penguin Shop were all like "What art contest?". Yeah, I got it up and running. Basically, just make a cyan hedgehog ( Use a Sonic Advance 2 Sprite sheet for Sonic ). Make a glow around him. Winner gets a free pet from my penguin shop! With anything you like!
