How do u get a fishing pole i saw a girl with one and she said she isn't a member.

You get them from Rockhopper when you go on his ship. You missed him. Dont worry he comes back soon. :D

EDIT: They are free.

They were free in Rock Hopper's shop a few weeks ago. You missed them though. :( Rockhopper will come back some time and hand out a new free item though! :)

When Rockhoppers boat arrived, you could go down into the boat where the shop was located and snatch it ;)
