To take a screenshot using a Mac OS X, press the command, shift, then 3 in those order.

The screenshot should either appear on your desktop screen, or in the following place:


Go to your Macintosh HD
The screenshot should be in a folder probably in your Library called WDIG.





Then follow the remainder of the guide above for hosting and putting onto a post.

If you have the '08 iMac you should have an application called "Grab" otherwise what Tepcat said should work. :) I know I spent to long looking for things on how to take screenies then finally found Grab. lol.
