No, Just give it a bath, Give it food. All bars filled up. Then just play with it.

I do it with my blue puffle, Works happily.
If you mean you want to have there bars full up, Then dont play with them.

Give bath, then feed it. It works on all puffles, all the time, and it gets their stats to perfect.
