Club Penguin is an interactive online game that is infinitively expanding with a worldwide network and development employees.

A video game is a solitary piece of software created at one point and forever in that same context, with only creation and marketing employees.

Two very different things.

Besides, if CP was a video game it wouldn't be a stupid one.
