Okay, so, i found out the code (from the wiki WOOT WIKI!) for putting and MP3 file in your userpage. It says you need a "MP3 or MIDI file"
Does anyone have any hosting sites to recommend?

I have never done it but the people who do use mostly I have seen fileave.com but I'm pretty sure you have to join then I think some people use servimg.com and I think you have to join there too
