Nope, it's a speed/imitation game.
You must make the pizza acording to the picture before it passes out of sight. Try it, you will probably like it.

For extra fun, switch the handle on the bottom right corner and begin making desert pizzas.

Warning, this is dangerous if you haven't eaten recently. It did make me hungry to play this game.
