Rate the userpage above you on a 0-10 scale.
If you don't want to scroll thru the Userpage list and/or the above's userpage's link isn't in their sig, just click the above user's name and it'll go to their profile. Then click "Go to (above user's name) userpage."
If the above doesn't have a userpage yet, DON'T rate it 0/10. Just say, "this user has no userpage" or something similar.
