Hello:
Yesterday I made an acct on CP for my daughter, I noticed that other Penguins in the game have normal names (like Frank or Chuck), but her Penguin displays a name like "Penguin XXXX" where the X's are numbers. That is not the name she gave the penguin when she created it. Is there a way for her to display the name she actually gave and not that other name that shows up?

It is either the name that she entered was denied by the Club Penguin staff or is under moderation of the Club Penguin staff.

Your daughter's club penguin name is currently under moderation of our staff.

If the name does not break any rules, it will be approved within a day or two

Happened to me. First I had a penguin called "H I Y O U" (I still do) First it was Ok, Then it turned to penguin######. But then it turned back to H I Y O U! =D
Also, I have a penguin called "N A" First it was like penguin#### then it was N A again, But then it was penguin######### again!

I didn't have it , I created my penguin But I didn't play in 2 days.
Then I made it member and started playing again and I never saw penguin123837 or something.

When I put my penguin as Tinkgirlphf I played and it said Penguin345369 but in 2 day it was Tinkgirlphf... The Mod are looking at your name to see if it good(like if it says a bad word in it)

Yes, Disney checks them now. When I made Sindar Toffe, it had no Penguin###### it went straight to it. No approval..

Also, on my ignore list, I have penguins who's names have bad words in. I reported them. Haven't seen them since.
