So it's an official website owned by Disney and New Horizon Interactive?

That is just a link to the .swf file from ClubPenguin. It is safe.
Another way to read the paper is to check out our wiki.

Ok, granted, I am two months behind in adding the papers but they will all be up by the end of this weekend. :)

ok that sounds great...It really helps a lot to have papers. Sometimes we get so caught up in finding old stuff, we forget to put up the new stuff.

These newspaper sites are approved by Disney and Club Penguin, although they may not be used for making profitable games, pictures, organizations etc. or hacking purposes.

Links to old papers do not work as they only have the last 6 in the Boiler Room so that is all that can be accessed. In addition - when CP was updated last week, they changed all the link routes so most anything that was done previously no longer works.
Now - as I mentioned before . . . our wiki has the papers to check out!
The papers are complete from issue #98 (30 Aug 2007) to the present issue #144, with the exception of issue #102 (missed it somehow :( )
In addition, we have incomplete issues of issue #42 (August 2006) to issue#97. (With the exception of a couple that I couldn't find anything on.)
We do not have anything prior to issue#42, sadly.
Click here to check it out (http://www.disneyonlineworlds.com/index.php/Club_Penguin_Times) and relive (or see for the first time) past editions of the Paper on our wiki :)

Ok it doesn't work now!
I don't want to be mean but spin marty why do you keep talking about the wiki, it's like advertising and its against the rules.

LOL - well normally you would be correct and, as I am a former moderator (for almost 3 years) I am very aware of the rules and am totally happy that you know that rule as well! WOOT!
Except the wiki I am talking about,
Disney's Online Worlds Game Guides and Wiki (http://www.disneyonlineworlds.com/index.php/Main_Page), is one of our sites (like VMKf (http://www.vmkforums.com/), TTC (http://www.toontowncentral.com/), CPF (http://www.clubpenguinfansite.com/), POF (http://www.piratesonlineforums.com/), PHF (http://www.pixiehollowforums.com/)) so the goal is to let people know that it exists :D
It is OK to advertise our own sites! In fact, on the home page of every one of those sites is a link to our wiki! Even you "advertise" TTC in your signature (woot!)
I hope that answers your question.
Back on topic - When Club Penguin added all of their updates last week they re-routed all of their files so no former links (such as in post #1) work anymore.
