many ppl believe that it does or ppl go around saying "GO TO THE ICE BERG AND DANCE TO SAVE THE ANIMALS OR ENVIRONMENT" .. ppl go bcz they think its true . but wen it all comes .. ITS FAKE ... ppl also get into fight bout it so dont get ur hopes up for tipping it

I do not believe it is true. The Ice Burg is a solid backround,so there for it can not tip.

it gets anoying so i just ignore it. it gets stupid after a while. and you can not tip it. its frozone and its just a cartoon.

Yea, just ignore what those penguins say. It's impossible to tip it. There have been rumors about getting a number of coins if you tip it or whatever; one word, four syllables: impossible. :D

Its not a stupid question. At least your not blindly following the others saying it does tip. It currently cannot and will not tip. However, I think Club Penguin might use this whole thing and use it to their advantage and make some crazy event where there is like an secret underground penguin society and you must help them because the ice berg tipped or something. :D

I am 100% sure it does not tip right now, but sometimes Club Penguin uses rumors as an advantage to start something new. RocketSnail's Penguin Chat 3 started the ninja rumor, but nothing really started the iceberg rumor except some lier seeking out attention, and now half of Club Penguin wastes their time in yellow and red hard hats jackhammering away at nothing but their spare time.

Put simply, my answer is no.
