Well for starters if your looking for friends hang out on a busy server and in the town. Try saying hi to some one. For example: You: "Hi! wanna be friends?" Person 1: "Sure!" some times you just need to talk to people or go to parties. Throwing a really great party is a good way to make friends too. If you need any more help I'm just a PM away! =D And I would be glad to meet you on Club Penguin.
