How do you take a pic of your penguin?

Im wondering how to take a pic of your penguin because I want to show it on my profile, the vmk one was from a speacial program :D

I use the "Print Screen" key. It's next to scroll lock and Pause Break, and above the Insert key. Once you click "Print Screen", go to Paint, and press Ctr V. Then you can edit the picture, and save it as a .jpg.
