Can we have some new mods??? There are a lot of mods in CPF who are not as active as admins.
These mods in training (the new mods) will have to go through inspection by admins if they are proper enough to be a mod. Then, the admin would allow that person to be a mod, but not official, because the admins have to see what they do when they are a mod.
If the trainee mods are good mods, they are promoted to official mods.

Thanks,
F.M

... Let the mods do the working.. They will only pick a mod if they need an opening.

I sense what you are feeling. Don't get your hopes too high, unless suddenly half of the entire staff ends up unable and needs new ones.

I kinda agree that there needs more mods. You can report posts by clicking on the little M badge on the right side (---------->)

Dont the mods already have "trainee" mods which are mini mods. The staff'll choose who they think is suitable. If they dont want staff they dont want any. Thats just how the cookie crumbles.

Correct. Training mods are minimods. If you see a problem on the forums, use the report a post button or PM a mod and they will tend to the problem shortly.

It's one of my main jobs for Nick's forums to make sure we have enough mods on all the sites to cover all the problems. CPF is one of our slowest forums and that's why you see admins on taken care of most of the problems. There really is very little need to add more mods to staff at this time. If CPF gets busier in the future, we will pick people we feel will make good mods.
