I was wondering if I could write a newspaper for CPF and CP at the same time.
For CPF, I need some mod and admin permission to write it AND post it in the "News Articles" section.

Why dont you just make the newspaper and not post it in the News Article Section and if the staff likes it they could move it to news.

We've tried to have an official newsletter before with it's own forum and staff, but those just never work out.
