Well, isnt the Events forum a place where you can make those? Plus, the compitions forums on the other forums are for contests that the staff makes. Unless thats what you were asking for in the first place.

There's no contest forum because we haven't ran any official contests yet. Sigs and userpages are still free so what are we going to give as a prize? When decide to start having montly contests on here, like our other forums, a contest forum will be created.

Doesn't TTC have a Contest/Events forum? But CPF is the newest sister site, and TTC is the original and biggest. Makes some sense.

Yes, TTC has a contest forum. It has officially ran contests on there almost every month. We require donations for sigs and userpages on there also so we're able to give those away as prizes.
