How do you put a game or song in you're userpage?

how do u do that?

I have never taken the time to understand songs and I have not put one on any of my userpages but game codes are easy. As for games, most sites give out codes with the game but all of the ones that I have seen add a link to their site. If it does not give a code, then it is simple to get a code.
