I still need help!I tried everything but I just cant seem to figure out why I cant get a background on cause im trying everything!.Here is the Picture and link!Someone help me with my Background problem please!

i'm still.... SOOOOOO confused w/that!! i looked on the "wiki" thingy & that made it even MORE confusing!!
