This is more a tutorial than a guide. Anyway, a VERY simple way to make a sig is to get a simple backround from Google Images, put it into Paint, and edit it the way you really would like to. Here are some easy steps:
1. Get a simple backround... maybe one of your sample pictures from your "Picture" file.
2. Open it into Paint.
3. Edit it however you like. Remember, it appears smaller than the regular size.
