Can we get the sidebar on the homepage telling us the most recent posts? It really helps me alot on other sites and thought it would be useful for members here.

That textbox of Recent Posts is down at the bottom rather than a sidebar. The News Archives is a sidebar.

It is possible to switch but mods will have to discuss it.

There is also the "new posts" link on the top navigation bar :)

Yes, I see these, but its so much easier up top.

You don't have to look all the way at the bottom:

You can just go to your profile, click "New Posts" then check out where the new posts are who made them AND if somebody replied to your post or something. There's even a link to it!
