Hello, all non-poets and poets!
I'm working on a poem book. It's all about penguins and of penguin's views of a poetic world. Don't ask me why: in school they asked me to do a Free Verse Poem Set.
What Free Verse is is that you can do anything BUT you have to talk about one subject and one subject only. The subject of your poems will be about penguins. If you don't want to do penguins, you can still post here but your poem will not be part of the Free Verse Poem Set.
For non-poets who don't have an idea here's an example (not about penguins, though)
Title: My Parrotey Friend

Here comes the big bird,
Here in my room,
The colors, blue, yellow, and red
Flashing across
Here comes my parrotey friend
Pooping and Pooping
Annoyingly
But the best part
Is That
She chirps
Very softly
Yes,
My little parrotey friend
That I used to know.
That's about it
