I've been thinking about making a newspaper team that makes newspapers for telling us stuff about Club Penguin (stuff that doesn't say on the Penguin Times) . It will be probably either a monthly or weekly newspaper. There would be writers, there would be editors, there would be creative directors (FYI those are people who set what fonts the newspaper will have, how the newspaper will be set up, etc) , and much, much more.

P.S. How is the paper delivered? Is it just posted here? Is it posted in a new thread each week? Is it sent to subscribers via PM?

Ok guys. I think we have about everbody we need. We will make a weekly issue, starting... tomorrow. Start thinking of writing stories and PM each other (use the list to also know who's who) rough drafts for what should be in the newspaper ;)
