How do i edit a Club Penguin Sign?

Guys, Sometimes I see you guys edit like a ban sign for club penguin. How do i do it?

Oh you first screenshot it by pressing Ctrl and Print Screen together, then you paste it into Paint, then you edit it, however you want it.

On topic: Yes, just press "Print Screen" and then paste (Ctrl+V or right click > paste) it into Paint or any other image editing program.

P.S. I think people use the Arial font-type, if you use a program that allows you to change it.

Oh and also.... I just got a new laptop and I have Microsoft software, it's just that I packed it up for moving to Florida. Is there anything else that I can use instead of Paint?????
